Default Identify the shift solenoids A340E

My car is throwing me a transmission code 63 for No. 2 shift solenoid according to my research. I found a DIY here on how to replace the solenoids, but well, I want to buy actual Toyota solenoids to make the job a breeze. But I would like some clarification on which solenoid I should actually replace.

Please help me identify these solenoids? and which one do I specifically need to change?
