1994 sc400 idle surging
Hello again cl well i bought a 1994 s400 for what i thought was a good deal $800 the guy i bought it from took car of it pretty well everything works in it besides the transmission being out. The guy just did a waterpump, timing belt, job and he put new heads on it but for the life of me i cant figure out why it idles so bad. I changed both coils,maf,iacv,tps but nothing im getting code 24,31,71 so im beginning to think he didnt ground it right for the maf but idk im in a pickle
