Default bouncing like rev limiter at 1500rpms

Any one ever have this issue? If i unplug the tps it revs fine. I hooked up my scanner and it will not read anything other than zero for tps angle. new tps set properly. I'm at my wits end. any help appreciated. i'm running tt ecu mod with 2jz gte upper intake.

measured my idl1 and idl2 and it has 12v at closed throttle. i think its supposed to be less than 4. can someone measure that at their tps. its the red wire at either tps.

Found the problem. Had to flip tps wires around when it's ffim.

So, if im running a FFIM this diagram would not be correct? I would have to swap the TPS wires?

gte and ge are flipped, so if you are looking at a gte diagram you need to flip your tps wires if using a ge tps and vice versa.
