Default 93 SC300 timing jump

I Just did a 5 speed convertion on my 93 sc300 and a guy i had working on it said when he was doing the timing the belt jumped a tooth or too on the cam gear how bad could that make my idle and would it cause the car to almost stall out when i give it gas and can i adjust that one can to make everything right again

Remove the timing belt and make sure the notches on the camshaft and crankshaft gears align like this.




Then put a new timing belt on.

So do I release the tensioner then pulled the belt off I can I rotate the cams individually because only one jump timing
