finalizing the turbo project:)
I have all of the components for my turbo kit, finally anyways, I had a couple of last minute questions.
1.) which hoses do I tee for the bov and boost gauge?
2.) On toyomoto's install instructions, it says that the oxygen sensor needs to be bridged out, what exactly does this mean.
That is about it for my final questions, just trying to work out the details.

A good vacuum source is the small hose going from the upper intake manifold after the throttle body. It runs transversely across the firewall. (Its not the one that goes to the charcoal canister).
Bean is correct on the 02 sensors. Stock is two 02 sensors running to two separate leads that run to the main wire loom and eventually to the ECU. These 02 wires are COAXIAL! Don't mistakenly think they are a single conductor, you'll ground out the wire and get no 02 signal at all. You want to run the single 02 wire to both ECU 02 input signal wires in a "T".
Note: A GM 4 wire heated 02 sensor can also be used. Just be sure to run the heater leads to a switched 12v.

Not off hand... You don't wanna wire it to the ECU anyways. You want to just patch into where the old 02 leads met up with the main engine wire loom in the area near the distributor mount.

I Think that manifold is from DaveH on SupraForums. He has been putting a Budget Kit together. Correct me if I am wrong.
Where are you Turbo guy's venting the Line from the left valve cover to the intake??? TIA.

The left PCV breather is vented to the intake elbow hose between the MAF and the turbo inlet. This same elbow also has a port for the power steering vacuum line, and has a port for the ABV (bypass valve) that goes from the elbow to the hard piece of "S" piping just before the throttle body. When the bypass valve is opened, the compressed air in the "S" pipe is diverted back through the turbo inlet, effectively venting boost (preventing it from entering the throttle body).

okay here are somepics, can someone tell me where to tee for the bov and boost gauge. Also I am letting the big pcv valve breathe into the atmosphere, is this ok? And I need to make a place for the power steering to hook up to the intake correct?

check this; i circled some stuff i think are areas that valid vacuum signals can be had...
on my talon there were several vacuum hoses on the top of the throttle body/intake manifold connection area... and i tapped my boost gauge there... this would also be perfect for tapping a BOV line
