Default Turboing question

Ok, so i have a 1999 Lexus SC300 (2JZGE VVTI), im doing a auto to manual swap soon... Its a 1997 Lexus SC300 manual tranny (w58). I know w58 arent best at holding much hp and torque (350) and so is the 2jzge (400), but would i be able to turbo it between 250-300 hp with stock internals? I want my SC just able to be DD in the summer (other car is a mazda 3) and street raceable (more like my honda killer). I dont want any crazy *** boost (400-500). I need a lot of info on this and most other thread go more that 300 hp. Is it possible or no? which turbo kit? injector replacement? ecu?
