Default fuel level sending unit screws

Im going to be replacing my fuel level sending unit in my sc400 but it looks like the middle speaker is in the way of removing the screws. Is this going to be a issue?

They're all hex head, as I recall, so you can get to them with a wrench. A ratcheting wrench will make it easy. Some of mine were barely finger tight when I checked on them.

You could also pull the subwoofer out from above and free up space, but that requires pulling the rear seats and parcel shelf. Seems like a lot of unnecessary work.
