Default 1JZ Harness Questions

So I managed to get the engine in my car and as I was wiring up the harness, I noticed a few things that were off. The first was the oval plug on the harness that is incompatible with my round plug alternators. The second and most important is the TPS connector. My sensor is a 4 pin and the plug on the harness happens to be a 3 pin. This leads me to believe that this harness is for a VVTi engine which would not be good since I'm running a non VVTi 1JZ.

My questions are whether or not I can switch out those connectors from my SC300 harness and make it work with little modification or should I just unhook everything, sell it, and buy the correct harness from Tweak? I'm ok with doing a little bit of wiring but not repining a bunch of other connectors.

Thanks Guys!
