Default timing belt tenisioner?

I looked but I cant find a write-up. Is there one? My timing belt has slid back, and not in the rite place.

Is the timing still in the right place? If so, then it should be ok. Otherwise, maybe you can follow my writeup when I did timing belt, water pump on my SC400
