1jzgte 1995 sc300 has a lot of fuel pressure in tank
When I go to pump up my gas I noticed my tank has a lot of pressure in it. When I open the tank you can hear it hissing at you. What the heck is wrong? When I floor the pedal to the ground it goes full power then loses power then gets full power then loses full power but the psi is holding at 15 psi. I have a safc 1, hks fcd, stock ecu, and manual boost controller. Please help me

Fuel cap hissing when coming off is common.....so common, in fact, it's talked about in the owner's manual, where we're told it's no big deal. 
Too spoiled by new models, I see!
As for your boost issues.....I haven't a clue, really.
Edit: with a stock ECU I always have to suggest capacitors.
