Default Gas leak in the from fuel pumping into canister

hey guys so i have a 1993 SC400 1uz I recently had the tank cleaned due to rust and I changed the fuel pump And now it’s leaking gas from front of the car where the canister is . Any suggestions? the system has a lot of pressure also when opening the gas cap.

Are your fuel lines hooked up backwards or something.

Your charcoal canister should only have vacuum lines going to it from the throttle body and the egr i believe.

is the car running like this?

From what I remember they don’t look backwards. The lines dont look crossed but there isn’t a photo online to look at to verify , should’ve taken pictures. I got the car and it wasn’t running , took the tank out put a new fuel pump and filter. The car runs but I notice that leak
