Default 1jz starter questions

So I'm almost done with my 1jz swap and can't figure out how to wire the starter. I know one cable goes to the negative terminal on the battery and the plug is what I'm confused about. Does it get wired to the neutral bypass wire (black and white thick wire under the dash)? Also Im using a auto ecu in an original 5 speed sc300. I appreciate any help

The large wire to the starter should go to the positive post on your battery. What harnesss are you using?
