Default Clutch pedal assembly...where do last 2 bushings go?

It's pretty obvious from the diagram that 2 of the bushings go on the long bolt used to attach the clutch pedal to the sub-assembly and that 1 of them goes through a hole in the clutch pedal shaft where the cotter pin holds in a small pin, but I have 2 left over and curious if 1 is supposed to go on the metal pin that secures the upper portion of the spring?

In the diagram, it doesn't show the bushing in the exploded part showing how to assemble the clutch spring pin, but following the line where it shows where that pin mounts, it does display a bushing going in that area somewhere, so I'm curious if it's supposed to be associated with the clutch spring pin.

Anyways, I also have another very small bushing leftover which is already out of its bag it shipped in so I can't give the part #.
