Default Na-t or ls/t56 swap?

For 400-500whp what is better and how much would it cost for these set ups?
I have a manual shell sc that we are planning on building.
Ls swap would be cooler but not sure on price difference & difficulties between the two?

Thanks!

Ls swap would be less cool imo. Mid-sized turbo and ems is 500+
