Default Na-t or ls/t56 swap?

For 400-500whp what is better and how much would it cost for these set ups?
I have a manual shell sc that we are planning on building.
Ls swap would be cooler but not sure on price difference & difficulties between the two?

Ls swap would be less cool imo. Mid-sized turbo and ems is 500+
1997 sc300 - DD (5spd under construction bellow)

1998 sc300 - totalled
1994 sc300 - gutted drift car shell.. no drivetrain. Rotting...
