You can get wifi/obd2 adapters for less than $10 on ebay and the basic app is free (like $50 for full app, it still works without paying). Keep in mind you have to get wifi with iphone and Bluetooth with android. Although this app does look cool

Yeah dude, I'm in the same boat (obd1), I got my wifi adapter from amazon for $14 a few years back for my LS1RX7 then found them cheaper on ebay. Can't use it so I added he I to for others. So I repeat iPhones MUST be wifi, because they will not link to Bluetooth :/
