Default rough ride at about 45mph

My car has sat for a looooong time, like 12 months without moving so im prepared to accept my tires are flat spotted or something but it seems like I'm rolling on square tires at about 45 mph. Below is fine and above is fine. Everything else seems to be ok. I'd think the vibration would be constant if it were the tires but I haven't been able to figure it out. Now that I'm building it up, I've been driving it again, I try to take it out once a week but usually ends up being once every two weeks. Working on other stuff waiting to see if the tires would even themselves out again but no dice thus far.

Been thinking about taking it in for a balance and check the alignment but last time I had my tires put on, they were perfectly balanced without any weight and I had the alignment done about 3 or 4 years ago which is only about 1000 miles on the car max.

thoughts?
thx!
