Do you have the key that came with that ecu? If not you're gonna have to spend a few hundred bucks on getting a key programmed. Then after that you'll have to acquire and wire a transponder amplifier to pick up the keys signal so the car will start. Be a boss and run it on a jzx100 ecu and maf with 440s with an early model sc throttle body. That way you can slap a turbo on later and you're ready to go tuned for boost from the factory. Don't get retarded with the vvti ge engines and boost or it'll blow up. Have fun.

naw i don't have the key but i can get one programmed no prob... at this point i just wanna know exactly what I'm gonna have to do to get the motor to work in my car I've been reading a lot of dif things everyone has something dif to say its kinda confusing me i just need a straight forward answer if i use the sc300 98 vvti harness what all will i have to change on the harness its self to get the motor to work with my sc which is a 95 non vvti... when it comes to building the motor i have a secondary block I'm building and I'm gonna do some top end work as well stand alone the whole 9 I'm not a rookie in the toyota lexus world just never did the wiring part of the deal before so if you have info on just how to get it going stock motor that would be perf thanks
