Default squeeky engine noise when cold??

i recently (a week ago) did the seafoam and changed my oil on my 92 SC400. ever since, when the car isn't warmed up it squeeks, like a high pitched squeek, nothing else to it. checked the belts and they look good, they were changed in the past year before i got the car, so i was told. once the car warms up or if i drive it for a moment, turn it off and turn it back on and the sound is gone. i dont actually remember if it started after the oil change or when i started parking it outside. could it just be the cold moist weather? thanks for any input.
