Brand New Turbo Oil In Packaging
I've been piecing together turbo setup for my NA-T project. Today I received the turbo.. I opened the box and find a small oil spot inside the box. The turbo is in a thick plastic wrap but there's a tiny hole in it from shipping. I haven't opened the plastic wrapping but you can see that there is a light film of oil inside of it. The oil seems to be coming from the exhaust side. The oil is clear and has no tint to it.
Is this normal I've never bought a new turbo so I'm not sure. Thanks in advance!

im no expert, but ill throw in my 2 cents
1) it might not be oil, but rust preventative
2)it would make sense if the company uses oil to help aid in assembly in the turbo. Depending on how the turbo was sitting in the package, there is a possibility that the oil had a chance to leak out
