Will an auto out of a 95 sc400 plug and play in a 92 sc400?

Default Will an auto out of a 95 sc400 plug and play in a 92 sc400?

I have to drop my trans to do my rear main seal on my stock 235K mile 92 SC400.

I wanna swap transmissions to a lower mileage auto while doing the rear main seal.

I have a good CL member friend who is willing to sell me his old trans out of a 95 SC400 with 80K miles on it for super cheap.

I like autos, don't want a manual swap.

Will all the connectors and everything fit, shifter and all that?

Any problems or pitfalls anyone can foresee if I do this? 92 -95 autos are compatible?

they are all the same, you can even put in a ls400 tranny or gs400 tranny and it will bolt up and run. i would just make sure to get the torque converter as well to be safe..
