Default na-t questions regarding stock parts

Ive been searching around, and havent seen any definite answers to my questions. Im getting ready to put a gt35r on my 2jzge. Completely stock engine. I have read that 8 psi is safe. Around 300-350 whp from what i have read. I was told by a local 1j/2j guy that i could boost up to 10psi with the stock ecu correcting the afr. Also that 8 to 10 psi is max on the stock injectors? From what i have read, the stock ge ecu sucks when it comes to that understandably so. I just wanted to hear that from others. I have an apexi neo, but i have also read about coming into boost and coming out of boost issues when using safc's.

This is just going to be a mess around set up until i can get another engine at the end of this drift season. I plan on buying a lower mileage ge and doing headgasket and arp studs 440cc injectors or rx7 injectors, then going aem or whatever. I just want to know what i can do for now.

Basically whats the best way to boost 8psi? Advice is always welcome!
