DAMN nice vids! They are very throaty.

Mine is very quiet, just a tiny bit louder that stock but you can still tell its there. I like it. When the weather gets nice ill try to shoot some videos of it.

The exhaust is a little different but close..

Thanks guys! Lee, can't wait for your videos. So you have an open-cat exhaust setup right now? I tried that for a day last winter and DAMN is that loud! The 1UZ with no mufflers is ear-numbingly loud on the throttle... :eek:

Here's another vid, this was the run before the one I posted above. Couldn't get to 3rd gear in time on this run either, but it has a little less background noise than the last...

Oh yeah, and some comments on the other exhaust vids. In person the Greddy MX has really deep, rumbling bass on low end. When I shot the video, Soarer004 was a little throttle happy so you don't get to hear the low end of the tach. Also, Hermosa's WR exhaust isn't a fair representation since he's gone turbo on the SC300, but the exhaust does sound similar as it would on an NA SC300, just not as loud. Oh yeah, and gasoline doesn't spit out of the tips either

anybody know if the straight piping from the center resonator to the mufflers makes any difference in performance/sound if you leave it at the stock 2.25" diameter?
