If air is blowing but no heat, then look at the heater control valve threads. (And make sure you aren't low on coolant.)

I looked again and Yea my car doesn't have that part at all. It's just 2 plugs that come together in that part and nothing else. The bracket for the part is there but it's different, so I'm pretty sure our models are different.

Or you're missing the relay altogether and that's why your blower doesn't work?

can't be because the plugs have a designated location and plug perfectly into each other, and one is female the other male. so if i plugged the male one into the relay the female one would just be hanging there doing nothing. it seems that relay is for 95+ SCs because all the ones on ebay are from 95+ SCs as well.

Anyone got any other ideas? Also I'm pretty sure i confirmed that the big relay part is for 95+ only. I was on ls forums and they were saying the same thing that 95+ started using the expensive relay instead of the little 2 wire box that we have. I'm gonna invest in a multimeter and just go at the wires with it, need to find if I'm even getting power to the whole system and then trace the power wire to where it's going because it disappears behind the dash into the firewall.

Well, if only '95+ that uses that relay and replacing that relay solved an apparently identical problem, I would begin by looking at the corresponding "little 2 wire box" on '92-94s to see if it's similarly dysfunctional. Assuming you haven't already tried replacing and/or testing it.

already replaced lol, but with a junk yard one so who knows if it's functional, i really really need to get a multimeter, i'm gonna go get one tomorrow and just start testing all the wires beginning with the ones coming from the firewall. if there's no power coming from that then i guess i'll have to start tearing that apart and trying to find where those wires are going.

so here's what turned out to be my problem. when i got the car i tucked the harness up and never checked it. turns out the wire that controls the heater relay was chewed in half. so i fixed it, and fan always work now.
