Default No Spark at Ignition Coil

Where does the ignition coil receive it's signal from? I'm trying to troubleshoot a no start. It's not getting a signal to the coil. Ive replaced the distributor and the ECU to no avail,

Have you traced and check wiring from the distributor to the ecu? If you already replaced those 2, last thing to check is for damaged wires.

I can do that now.
I found this wiring diagram https://www.clublexus.com/forums/att...cu-pin-out.jpg

Basically I just need to inspect wires 25, 26, 27, 57, and 58? On the engine side I just need to check the wires around the coild and distributor correct?
