because of routing of the lines under car , its easier to route starting from the trunk area as oppoed to behind the seat area

ill send you pics of under the car by tomm

Thank you!!! Do you think if I install a -6AN bulkhead fitting into the hanger in the trunk and just run a return line there into the slosh tank will that work? Basically have two feed lines from the phr hanger behind the back seat and a return through the hanger in the trunk? And maybe weld up the bottom fittings or somehow cap them off or seal them up once the lines and fittings are removed? Also could you take a pic of where the lines go from the trunk and how you get them under the car?

how did you get these two feed lines under the car through the trunk? did you have to drill holes in the floor?

Use the ID1300s, enough fuel, and more E85 friendly than the ID2000s..

funny , on the above car i showed the fuel lines on , i just changed from fic 2150 cc to id 1300 as unless you are truly shooting for well north of 850 rwhp , 1300 ( which are really 1350cc ) and a solid pump and plumbing setup , is all you really need .. more tuneable for idle and cruising

that car will see between 750 to 800 rwhp on e .. thats it , no need to go for more

have you had a chance to take pics of under the car/tank for me? and also where do the fuel lines exit the trunk to go under the car? did you make bulkhead fittings and drill the trunk floor?

A a great thread guys! Lots of questions and answers!!!
Did you have to drill holes in the trunk floor board, left and kind of back of the tank?
Another good idea running your fuel lines from the trunk vs the back of the seat is fuel smell and the ease of access I would think.

guys this has been a ton of help as im redoing the lines on my car. I do not plan to hit more than 600 hp in the long run and am no were close right now.. but I have rusty busted lines so yay upgrade. I plan on using the stock pump and just looking to upgrade the feed line to 8an and the return of 6an. Any one have any thoughts on that.? not to mention pictures of how lines were routed from the turn to under the car? once again great thread and great advise.

One pump that is capable of that power is will pretty loud. Hence why people run multiple small
Pumps. Walbro 416 x2 should be enough but they don't work well with elevated base fuel
Pressure.

600 is a bit far off.. I can always add a second line when it is needed.

^^ yeah, besides going to a custom setup, you could probably modify the stock rail to be a dual feed and center return and 2 intank pumps would support that kind of power reliably from other similar setups people have used.

im glad this thread came up! subscribed for future reference. 97-sc300 from what I understand, on the return just run one -6 from the fpr to the back of the car and when you get to the fittings on the bottom of the tan put a barbed t and run 2 lines, one to the factory return and the other to the factory feed.
