I'm assuming you have an imported RHD Soarer and not a LHD SC300, correct? If so everything should bolt in and orient correctly, yes. Mixing LHD and RHD, however... I am not so sure about that. The R154 and other components under the chassis bolt in exactly the same for all Soarer/SC's. The clutch master cylinder for a Soarer RHD chassis might also be a different part number than the LHD North American version used on W58 cars.

Hey man i really appreciate the reply,
i have a lhd sc400 with a 1jz and a340 in it,
I am swapping in a r154 and getting the pedals from a rhd soarer. I am worried about if the linkage will be in the wrong position or length to fit on this tranny.

I searched and searched about running LHD pedals in my RHD car, and everyone said it would not work. I lucked across a RHD set in the end, but was about to buy a LHD set to try. I wish there was a more definitive answer to this question, and maybe some side by side pics to illustrate any differences.
