Default Reading knock PCM?

I'm tuning nitrous and need to be able to read the knock sensor values for adjusting the timing.

Would a scan tool do this? I don't know how to get the values, where to start, anything.
Thanks,

There's a data logger thread here that a couple people have been able to get working for obd1 cars, a good obd2 scanner might have it. I for sure could read them in real time with my emanage ultimate.

Lexus computers don't give knock readings as some other vehicles do... I monitor mine with AEM EMS, but that isn't always an option...

Knock sensors put out a 0-5v signal, each engine will have it's own unique noise at certain harmonic frequencies...
