Default intermittent sluggish shifting

So I was beating up my 95 sc400 on I-75...dropping down to 60 then wot to 85ish. I never get on the interstate so I was exercising my agency.

I noticed that there is a struggle at wot for the tranny to give me the next gear. Just like in the morning when she struggles to give me 2nd when the car hasn't reached operating temps. It doesn't seem like a fuel delivery problem. It's almost like the granny is being told to shift but there is a delay in receiving the message.

Odd part is I can make it shift by easing off the pedal.

Thoughts on where I can flush my money?

Best guess of the top of my head would be the TPS. It could need calibrating, or even relplacing if you're that picky/Type A. OLT has a DIY here somewhere on adjusting tranny shifts with the TPS.
