Buzzing Noise Air Conditioning
Looking for ideas on a noise on the right side (passenger side) for a high mileage SC400:
- Pressing the A/C button will stop the noise. Pressing it again to turn the compressor back on and everything is fine.
- Only makes noise once per day in the morning - but not consistently
- Noise sounds like a buzzing type ... almost like a loud vibration
- Seems like it's around the firewall passenger side
- During hot weather, no noise at all. I'm in AZ and it only happens when weather starts cooling down in the fall.
- AC compressor and Drier replaced a couple years back. System works great otherwise.
