Default 92 SC300, CEL and High Idle

Car overheated and had to replace the head and in the process replaced water pump, all belts and hoses, spark plugs, radiator, thermostat. The issue now is the CEL comes on and it idles high, around 1500, when the battery is disconnected or the fuse pulled the computer resets and runs normal but after shutting off and restarting it goes back to CEL and high idle. I have checked for codes but does not give any, I have replaced the ISC and TPS but no improvement, Im very frustrated with it and would appreciate some help with if anyone has come accross this before, also I've had two mechanics look at it and couldn't figure it out because it doesnt give any codes.

There's a few companies on here that do it or 80, but I had mine rebuilt for 50 bucks by a computer repair guy.

How are you unable to check the ecu for codes? If the light comes on you should be able to check for codes.

Just pulled out my ECU, found two leaky caps, I think I'm gonna look for another ECU rather than rebuild, are all OBD1 automatic 2JZ interchangeable, regardless of part number?

I don't think a 2JZ ECU can go into a 1JZ. You'll have to use the exact part number on your ECU for your SC.
