Default SC alignment and corner balancing

So I just got new rims/tires on my car for the summer, 18x9 and 18x10. TT's as my winter tires. Am definitely going to do an alignment as soon as I can (and lower my car a touch), but have a few questions before I proceed..

1) I hear the "Lance alignment spec" for Supra's also works well on SC's. But it looks like those specs are on TT wheels. Will they work on 18's? Also, does anyone have this alignment spec done to their car? What are your thoughts? I hear the car feels a bit "squirmy" due to the 0 toe. Should I have a touch of toe-in? Any other suggestions?

2) I've never raced my car, but am thinking about doing some track days this summer. I know a corner balance is essential for racing, but is it pointless to do it for a daily driver? Is there any noticeable benefits for street use? In my research most guys get it done specifically for track use, and have to re-balance their car anytime new tires or wheels are put on. I dont really want to have to do this twice a year everytime I switch between summer/winter wheels.

Any input on this would be great! I'm hoping to get an alignment done asap (maybe even tomorrow if a shop will take me). I can do a corner balance whenever though.
