Does anyone know what this means?

That's what the search button is for.

21= Main o2S and heater signal
24= IAT signal
61=Doesn't exist in the SC400 code list, but I've read it might be something to do with tach or speedo errors...

I did search and nothing came up thats why i posted. By main o2 do you mean the down stream sensor after the cat or is it one of the two on the manifold that are my upstream ones? I went to auto zone and they don't carry any IAT sensors so do I need to go to Lexus? I have a sc300 so would that make a difference with my code 61?

I just sent video to 2 other members via text and they also confirmed that it's showing code 61.

Yeah, was saying that the code isn't included in the code lists around these forums.

So I replaced the speed sensor and reset the ecu and 5 min later blinking OD light. Still have code 61 does anyone know why it's still showing my code even after I replaced it.

Ecu could be going bad. Only takes like 15 minutes to pop it open and look at it. Small amount of time to save hair pulling sometimes.

I just purchased a rebuilt ecu last month so I'd hope that it wouldn't have gone bad already.

I heard code 61 could also be a bad shift solenoid. Based off of another thread, if your trans feels a little rough.

Code 62, 63 and 64 are the solenoids.

Did you replace the right speed sensor?

Transmission OBDI Diagnostic Codes

42 - No. 1 speed sensor signal malfunction

46 - Open or short circuit in no. 4 solenoid valve

61 - No. 2 speed sensor signal malfunction

62 - Open or short circuit in no. 1 solenoid valve

63 - Open or short circuit in no. 2 solenoid valve

64 - Open or short circuit in no. 3 solenoid valve

67 - OD direct clutch speed sensor signal malfunction

68 - Short circuit in kick-down switch
