Two issues, might be related, might not. 1/8 throttle(cruising) jerking and bucking under 2k rpms. Must cruise at 60 to keep it fdom bucking. Must be in acc, or no throttle to keep it from acting up. Also. There is a huge power jump once RPMs reach 2800k+ not aware of cam work on car, also my first 1uzfe, this is a 92 sc400. So no VVT. Cleaned tb, iac seems to be working. Cant pull it yet. Fresh tune up. Anyone have these issues?

Check yout TPS with an ohmmeter and feeler gauge. (there is a thread on that). Could also be the MAF, and the o2 sensors.

Did the test on TPS, IDL1-E2 @.65mm Should be infinity, but I get .1. So it looks like I'm getting a TPS. Still gota test MAF,

Yeah, should read "open circuit", or infinity. Try replacing that with a known good one and see if that fixes it. Also, the TPS might need setting with an ohmmeter and feeler gauge. Some of them require calibration. Not to hard.

If TPS doesn't do it, the o2 sensors would be my guess.
