Default A/C hardlines

After baking inside our paradoxically hot interior all summer, I decided to tackle my A/C leak.

The 2 hardlines that pass right behind the radiator underneath the car . The smaller of the two has sprung a leak right at the bracket. The Lexus dealer has graciously quoted me over $500 for a single hardline and Ebay has failed to find me a hardline that would fit the 92 SC300.

What are my options? Can these lines be flared just like brake lines and connected via AN?? is there some kind of patch that can be used? Where can I get an OEM hardline for cheaper? Do other year lines work as well? At the very least, the other years appear to have a different facing low pressure port.
