Default Still having that idle problem!!Plz chime in!!

I had rough idling when the warm weather hit to a point that it would stall.Did research cleaned the MAF,IACV,set TPS checked hoses etc.The problem was the metal"elbow"shaped tube on the EGR was filled with gunk.It fixed the problem but,now it is slowly starting again idling at 3-400rpm off/on.I cleaned the EGR and tube again but,no difference.Where to look next?I have a feeling something is dirty or clogged but, can't pin point it?

It's that rough idle that drops then goes up between 2-800rpm in warm/hot weather.Eventually it will stall in less than a month if I keep driving it like this

Any ideas?
Thanks

A few questions:

Is it driving smoothly while you are not idling?

If not, does it hesitate terribly when accelerating?

If it is, are you having any issues when you hit certain speeds ie: 20-30, 45-55, 70-80?

Just trying to see if I can point you in the right direction...

I think I might have fixed it.?The pcv hose seemed to have oil on it (without any hole or damage)so I replaced it and it seems ok for the last 3 days but,who knows for sure cause it is on/off but,the hose now doesn't have any oil on it.

The only hesitation I have is at around 60-70 mph when I feather on/off the throttle it has a very sensitive "jolt" like feeling kind of like a hesitation.I'm questioning if I have a leak in the exhaust with the noticeable smell on start up too which might cause that?

Thanks
