Default Sc400 misfire

When I am low on gas, sometimes when I go to accelerate the car misfires and lunges back and forth. When I have over a quarter tank the car pulls strong. I want to fix this before I upgrade my catalytic converter. Any info on this problem would help immensely. Thanks

Dirty injectors, weak fuel pump, dirty air cleaner or dirty TB/IACV ect. Also a dirty MAF (or AFM), don't attempt to clean it with spray, you have to use compressed air. Get a can of co2 at Wally World and clean it that way or else your karmen vortex AFM will be gone.
