Exclamation Transmission problem (Urgent please)

Hi ,i have a Sc400 GT1994 model the problem is

When i start the engine and puts in the drive or reverse it stalls and engine stops
(Same thing happen if the engine is cold or hot )
Car is not drive able

If someone please let me know howmto solve this problem i will apprecaite that

do you have a check engine light? try and pull the codes and report back it could be a number of problems from your description we need more information. does it idle alot lower rpm's than it used to?

O/D light flashing? Random guess, TC lockup?
