I own a 1992 sc300 and a JZA70 front clip
After doing some research, I have found that a JZA70 into an sc is quite rare. I know it can be done though. If any of you have done or seen this swap, would you be able to give a couple tips?
1. what oil pan do I use?
2. SC harness doesnt plug into Supra ECU, does this mean I just have to wire in the supra harness + supra ECU into the SC?
3. My SC is an Auto, what do I need for Auto-Manual swap?

1) soarer/supra 1jz is rear sump.
chaser is front sump.

Use the pan on the jza70 engine. If it is an actual jza70 engine, the pan is rear sump.

For wiring, yes, you need to mix the supra harness with the sc harness, auto to manual means a lot of stuff can be removed, and a few things need to be added back in. There's a guy named Guy Nelson up in Portland OR that does better swap harnesses than tweak tech cam hands down. See if you can find him before tweak or chase bays.
