Mysterious green light on dash board?

I was just wondering if anyone has any idea what that little green light to the left of the steering wheel is for? Btw I have a 92 sc400

My headlights are fine. I'm talking about the little **** on to the left of the steering wheel. It would light up green, but now it's orange

If I remember correctly, the only things to the left of my wheel are the dash lights **** and the dealer installed Radar/Laser detector arm ****.
Turn clockwise it's green for city, turn counter clockwise it's amber for "city". Other stacked **** is alert volume.
Could you have Radar/Laser as I do? Do you hear anything when it is turned clockwise?
