Bought the wrong water pump have a question
I have a 1999 sc 300 and I bought the 10 bolt water pump instead of the 11 bolt. 
If I were to swap the 10 bolt back housing from a gs or a sc found in a junkyard would I be able to bolt it all together and be ok or do I definitely need to get an 11 bolt pump? Part stores want $130 for the pump when I bought the whole timing kit from rock auto for about $137. 
Hoping that could be a simple solution to my problem.
