Default 92 sc400 w58 no crank/no start. NSS wiring?

Hey CL, I am trying to wrap up my w58 swap in my 1992 sc400 for this weekends drift event. I have a no crank no start condition in my car after the swap. I can almost guarantee that the vehicle is looking for the Park or Neutral signal to start the car but isnt seeing it. I checked Red Phoenix's Ultimate W58 thread but his pics are no longer posted... If anyone has info on this, or the pinouts of the connectors and their functions I would extemely appreciate it. I am working so hard to get this done for this weekends event! Thanks in advance!

I tried jumping the two green wires on the auto trans range sensor connector from a post that said it would cure the no start. Still no go... Nobody has any info on here??? Hard to believe since there are several manual swapped sc400's on here... :/ Come on fellas please help

We need to start making PDFs of these threads for the SC community for posterity :/ I haven't done that conversion so i can't help you, sorry. The NSS would have been my guess, too.

Thats the method I have seen the most on here and there was another way jumping wires on the gear selector harness or something like that.

I always wondered if you could just ground the nss pin at the ecu? Haven't seen anyone mention that but after looking at the schematics that may be worth a try but almost seems too simple to work.

Ok great thanks. I wasn't sure if the 1jz write up would be applicable to my 1uz but it looks like it will be fine. I'm going to give this a try. Thanks!
