Default AC Clutch? help

alright i traded my 93 LS400 for a 93 SC400, I love the car and it needs a little work but i love it none the less. One of the biggest things for me is my AC blows but doesnt get cold, I recharged it yesterday with those r134 Cans from the local autoshops and etc. my pressure is fine after that but still doesnt get cold. I have noticed the AC Clutch doesnt spin much, Im not sure how its supposed to react so thats why im asking right now. How is he AC Clutch supposed to behave? I would really like AC soon. Vegas heat sucks its already 100* here.

moved to maintanence and here is what I posted in this thread
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...lt-squeal.html

Engine on, a/c off = only the outside groove part of the pulley spins with the belt (almost looks like nothing is spinning but I touched it from the front and the grooved part definately spins).

Engine on, a/c on = the outside part still spinning, but now the inside part is spinning same speed as the pulley, so the clutch is between the inside part and the outside grooved part.

alright i checked it out and everythings spinning when my AC is on, but no cold air. I tried recharging it yesterday and the gauge said the proper pressure but then went away. I think my AC gauge thing isnt working right.

I don't have any experience with the A/C side of things or charging one maybe someone will chime in.
