Default BorgWarner oil feed line questions

I bought a feed line for my BorgWarner turbo, and they sent me one for NA-T which is too long. I bought another one from Summit and it was thinner than the other one.

Picture below shows the one on right for NA-T which is bigger, and the one on left is thinner. Both lines are 4an. Since the line is thinner than the NA-T line, it has smaller hose diameter.

Would this restrict oil feed?

The smaller line is an Aeroquip brake line, just to let you know.
