Default Differential bushing removal?

Not the two on the differential, but the two that are on the subframe. How do I go about removing this? One bushing has two holes, the other bushing has one hole.

Saw to cut through the metal ring that is vulcanized to the rubber, It's easy and takes 5 mns.
