Fair price for 1UZFE Tune Up? (street mechanic)

Hi,
What is a fair price to offer a guy to do plugs, wires, caps, rotors, coils on a 1UZFE? (no shop overhead, done on the street).

How long should that take?

(I will watch and do the next one myself)

I started pulling parts off of the driver side last week, looks like it should take one hour to 1 1/2 hours. Sound about right?
