Default 95 sc300 waterpump replacement

I know I have to pull off the crank pulley and front cover to get the water pump off. My question is do I have to remove the actual timing belt to get the water pump off?

Yes, and while youre doing the WP, you should be doing the T belt anyways, IMO.

Thank you, when I got it all out I noticed the idler pulley completely blocks access to one of the bolts on the water pump.
