Need help! Supra tt auto LSD
Ok I need help guys, this guy is selling he's supra tt automatic LSD that he has on he's automatic sc400. My question is will it fit my 96 5 speed 2jzgte sc300? Direct bolt on or what?

yes it is a direct bolt on... You only need to change the companion flange from your diff to that diff. Its a 35mm deep socket.

Ohh also forgot to ask, What could I do to, find out if its a supra tt LSD?

I didn't know of any other way besides opening it up. Unless someone has a better idea.

What about the cooling fins?

Cooling fins are only on the 6 speed. Spin the companion flange you should get both axle spinning and the same direction and not opposite.

Would you be able to tell whether it's a Torsen or Clutch LSD with this method.

i don't think so i think you would need to open it up to tell if its the torsen or clutch i am not sure since i haven't messed with a clutch one. If you have a clutch type it could be a TRD lsd since that is clutch or some other brand.
