You need to get some more current pricing ^^^^^^^ cause your $$$$ are off a TRD LSD for a 200 mm Auto diff is about $1150-1200 and a TRD for a 220mm 6spd diff is about $1300
Also a Supra auto 3.76 diff is in the $1200-1400 range and the 6spd 3.26JDM diff is in the $1500-$1700 range both are torsional.
All TRD parts have gone ^^^^ about 30% in the last approx 6-8 months.

sc400 gear needs to be 97+ since it runs a 5 speed auto. A 98-00 gs400 also has a 5 speed auto.
GS400 is also a 3.266
I found this on supra forums. I would try to stay 3.76 and below.
97-00 SC400 3.266
92-97 SC300
6 cyl, AT (4.27 ratio)
6 cyl, MT (4.08 ratio)
98-00 SC300
6 cyl, AT (4.27 ratio)
92-96 SC400
8 cyl (3.92 ratio)
92-96 MKIV Supra
w/o turbo; (4.27 ratio) Limited Slip
w/o turbo; (4.27 ratio)
w/turbo, MT (3.133 ratio) Limited Slip
w/turbo, AT (3.769 ratio) Limited Slip
97-98 MKIV Supra

Jwin thanks for the details for all the related models. I am on the hunt for a TT auto at 3.76 ratio. I would like this to be plug and play as much as possible. I do indeed have the stock SC400 rearend in it now. I clocked it on high boost (21 psi) a few months ago and could go 111mph in 3rd just before 4th, if this matters. I am sure with this ratio it would be a slight difference, of how much I dont know. I even tossed the idea around of selling these wheels and going with something heavier and wider. Was thinking this would cure my problem but after going with a wider tire this eliminated my theory as soon as they were mounted.

I have the auto tt lsd 3.76 in my car with a r154. I like it. Highway cruising is nice since its about 2500 at 65 mph roughly I can't remember. a GS400 or 97+ SC400 rear end isn't bad either but I would only use it for the gearing and throw in a LSD either torsen or TRD. I am currently trying to find a 3.24 gear right now to put into my auto TT diff. I like low rpm highway cruising and it could help save my transmission as well with the lower gear.
