Default Need advice

Hey Fellas, I sold my old SC and finally got me another clean car thing looks great. As you guys know our cars need turbo! My last sc i just did the full swap but ended up spending a full arm and leg. The biggest issue i have is that this is a 99 OBDII. Am i just better off turbo charging what i have there or should I go back to swaping? My biggest issue would be tuning, seems like there's not much out there for OBDII SC or Supra.... I know first hand the importance of it... let me know your thoughts!

if you have emissions you can use a piggyback on the stock ecu then you can go ahead with a turbo kit. I think thats what most people still do check the IS300 forums out they deal with this issue alot.
some even run the stock ecu and a second ecu just for the fuel and ignition or something like that.

If you were willing to delete vvti or swap a non vvti gte in you could wire up a US ODB2 GTE ecu (no vvti gte's in the states).
also what are your power goals because the vvti motor you have has the weaker rods and you can run low boost levels but anything more will require engine work.
